Role Description This is a full-time, on-site B2B Marketing and Business Development role based in Mumbai, focused on the colour pigments, dyes, and additives space, with a salary range of Rs 3–5 lacs p.a. The role involves identifying and developing new B2B customers, managing existing accounts, and promoting pigments,



additives, and allied chemicals across targeted industry segments. The position includes conducting market research, mapping competitors, and gathering customer feedback to support marketing strategies and product positioning. Daily activities will include client cold calling, follow ups, technical discussions with customers and manufacturers, preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, at times customer visits, and ensuring timely order execution in coordination with internal teams. The role also requires maintaining accurate sales reports, participating in promotional activities, and contributing to the growth of current product lines.
