Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Medical Representative to drive B2B sales for U Roots' hair-care and wellness products. The role involves visiting doctors, chemists, pharmacies, and relevant retail partners to promote products, develop business relationships, acquire recent customers, and expand sales across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to doctors, chemists, pharmacies, and potential B2B customers to promote and sell U Roots products.
• Introduce products such as hair oils, shampoos, serums, multivitamins, and other hair-care and wellness products to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with doctors,



chemists, retailers, and other relevant channel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert sales opportunities into business.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat orders and support long-term business growth.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of field visits, customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding orders, product availability, and customer requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must own a two-wheeler (bike or scooter).
• Must have a valid Driving Licence (DL).
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
