Role Description The Guest Relations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at The County Inn in Jaipur. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, and addressing inquiries at the reception desk. The Guest Relations Executive will handle guest requests, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, and ensure that issues are resolved promptly and professionally. Day-to-day activities include maintaining guest records, promoting hotel services and facilities, supporting sales of rooms and event spaces, and upholding high standards of customer service.



The position also involves assisting with reservations, handling phone and email communication, and contributing to a smooth and pleasant guest experience throughout their stay.
Qualifications

• Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills, with a focus on hospitality and creating positive guest experiences.
• Excellent Communication skills, including transparent verbal and written interactions with guests and team members.
• Ability to perform Receptionist Duties such as managing front desk operations, reservations, and check-in/check-out procedures.
• Sales skills to promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, and other services to guests and prospects.
• Prior experience in hotel or hospitality operations is highly beneficial.
• Professional appearance, courteous demeanor, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
