What You'll Do
• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple laundry outlets
• Lead and guide Area Coordinators and outlet teams
• Ensure timely Wash–Dry–Iron–Fold service and adherence to SOPs
• Monitor loads, productivity, turnaround time and service quality
• Handle customer and campus-level escalations
• Manage staffing, training, attendance and performance
• Control consumables, utilities and outlet-level operating costs
• Conduct regular outlet audits and drive improvements
• Lead the setup and launch of new laundry outlets
• Maintain operational reports and MIS

What We're Looking For
• 4–6 years of hands-on B2C laundry operations experience




• Experience managing a team and preferably multiple outlets/locations
• Good understanding of washing, drying, ironing and garment care
• Knowledge of laundry processes, detergents, wash programs and stain treatment
• Strong problem-solving and people-management skills
• Comfortable with field work and frequent travel
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi; regional language is a plus
• Basic working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Significant: Candidates from B2C laundry chains, laundromats, express laundry outlets will be preferred.
