- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce 101kudos services.
- Clearly communicate the perks and features of our services to prospects
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects to answer any questions and address concerns.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and strategies.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
