ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Executive with 5 years of proven expertise in managing end-to-end logistics operations, transportation coordination, warehouse management, and supply chain optimization. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of logistics software and industry best practices.

- Plan, implement, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
- Optimize transportation costs and delivery timelines through effective route planning and carrier negotiation.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Track shipments and resolve issues related to delays, damages, or losses.




- Analyze logistics data and prepare regular reports on KPIs (cost, delivery times, inventory levels, etc.).
- Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Use ERP/logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, TMS, WMS) for planning and execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in logistics or supply chain roles.
- Knowledge of logistics procedures, transportation management, and inventory control.
