Role Overview

As a Founder’s Office Associate at CodeRound, you will work directly with the founders on a variety of high-impact initiatives across growth, operations, hiring, partnerships, and strategy.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how a startup is built from the ground up. You’ll get exposure to multiple parts of the business and help execute projects that directly impact the company’s growth.

No two days will look the same — you’ll be solving problems, improving processes, and helping the team move faster.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the founders to support key business initiatives and strategic projects.
- Assist with market research, competitive analysis, and business insights to support decision-making.
- Help manage special projects across sales, hiring, operations, and product.
- Improve internal processes and workflows to increase efficiency across teams.
- Support partnership discussions, outreach, and coordination with external stakeholders.
- Track key metrics and help prepare reports or updates for leadership discussions.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts between sales, product, recruiting, and operations teams.
- Take ownership of new initiatives and ensure they are executed successfully.

What We’re Looking For

- 0–3 years of experience in startups, consulting,



business operations, or similar roles.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a structured approach to tackling challenges.
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity.
- Strong curiosity and willingness to learn across different business functions.
- Ability to take ownership and execute ideas independently.

Bonus:

Experience working in an early-stage startup.

Exposure to B2B SaaS, AI startups, or startup ecosystems.

Experience with tools like Notion, CRM systems, analytics tools, or automation platforms.
