The role

We're a US robotics company hiring a remote outbound sales engineer in India. You'll own outbound from start to finish: the list, the first note, and the booked call. We hire for character first. You'll use AI tools in your daily work.

What you will do

- Build targeted lists of US businesses that can use robots, from warehouses and hotels to golf courses.
- Write the first note: short, personal, and worth replying to.




- Run the follow-ups and turn replies into booked calls with our founders.
- Measure list quality, reply rates, and meetings booked, and improve them every week.

What we are looking for

- A public example of outbound you ran, with the list size, the reply rate, and one deal it started. No degree or set number of years is required.
- An AI-native workflow: use AI tools and automation to research, personalize, and send, then check the output and own the result.
- Transparent, confident written English that US business owners want to answer.
