Job Description - Monitor automated BOS reimaging processes across assigned locations
- Deploy images using SCCM and validate system functionality post-deployment
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving Windows, device connectivity, applications, and SQL databases
- Restore SQL databases when required as part of the reimaging and recovery process
- Validate databases and dependent applications following reimaging to ensure store systems are functioning properly
- Handle escalations from Junior Technicians and determine appropriate next steps
- Ensure POS, BOS, and other store-critical systems come back online without issues
- Troubleshoot failures across automated and manual portions of the deployment process
- Document issues, root causes, database restoration activities, and resolutions
- Coordinate with store managers prior to system downtime Skills and Requirements - 3-5+ years of experience in IT support, endpoint deployment, or systems support
- Experience working at a Help Desk Level 2-3 troubleshooting level
- Familiarity with SCCM for image deployment
- Robust troubleshooting skills in Windows environments
- Hands-on SQL experience and a working understanding of SQL databases
- Ability to restore a SQL database and validate that the database and dependent applications are functioning correctly afterward




- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across multiple components rather than following only a standard imaging process
- Ability to follow structured processes while independently troubleshooting issues and determining next steps
- Experience with POS/BOS systems or retail technology
- Prior experience with large-scale device rollout or reimaging projects
- Experience supporting SQL databases in a retail, restaurant, or distributed-location environment
- Basic understanding of networking and system validation processes
