Job Responsibilities

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language lessons to students according to the prescribed curriculum.
- Facilitate the development of reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Assess student performance through regular quizzes, assignments, and examinations; provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive learning setting.
- Participate in departmental meetings, parent‑teacher conferences, and school events.
- Incorporate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate academic records.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities.

Essential Qualifications




- Graduate degree in English or a related field (B.A. English), Bachelor of Education (B.ed).
- Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) or any recognized teacher certification.
- Proficiency in English language (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively.

Desired Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience at the secondary or higher secondary level.
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment design.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and e‑learning platforms.
