We are seeking candidates for the Banking Voice Process role in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in banking operations.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions regarding banking services and products.
- Assist customers with account-related inquiries and transactions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Banking Voice Process

Inbound/ Outbound calls

Location: Hebbal Bangalore

Qualification: PUC/ Graduates

Freshers & Experienced are Welcome





6 Days Working + 1 Rotational Off

Shift (9 Hrs)

(Females day shift only)

Languages: English + Tamil / Kannada / Telugu / Malayalam

Salary:

16,500TH, 20K CTC

Malayalam – Extra 1,800 Allowance

Bonus: Attendence- 3600 will be paid once in 3 months

Banking Non Voice Process (Email)

Location: Hebbal Bangalore

Qualification: PUC/ Graduates

*Min 6 months of Experience with proper documents.

Must be very fluent with english and typing.

6 Days Working + 1 Rotational Off

Shift (9 Hrs)

(Females day shift only)

Salary:

20TH, 25k CTC

Bonus: Attendence- 3600 will be paid once in 3 months
