We are seeking a "Forward Deployment Engineer" for leading the deployment and operation of AXIOM " A clinical supply chain - control tower" .

You will build and ship features across Next.js, React, TypeScript and Azure, lead client UAT and releases, and build secure, repeatable cloud environments using Terraform and Azure DevOps.

Why this role matters?
Every day, clinical trials are delayed because the right drug isn't at the right site at the right time. Patients wait, sites sit idle, and supply teams fight fires across disconnected systems.
Boston Insights built AXIOM, to change that. AXIOM is a clinical supply chain control tower that gives pharma companies end-to-end visibility, from demand planning and manufacturing to packaging, depots, shipments and site inventory. It senses risk early and helps teams act before a stockout or delay reaches a patient. We are defining a new category, and we are looking for an engineer who will put it in our clients' hands.

Position Overview
As our Forward Deployed Engineer, you are where AXIOM meets the client.

You understand the client's supply chain as well as their supply leads do, and you can build and ship the solution yourself. You will own how AXIOM is deployed and run for each client: standing up client environments from code, shipping features from the Fabric Gold layer to the browser, leading releases through client UAT to Production, and making our pipelines secure and repeatable. You will be the technical face of AXIOM to client stakeholders, and you will bring what you learn in the field back to shape the product roadmap.
