Role Description The Sourcing Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing real estate sourcing opportunities to support MandateX’s mandates with developers, channel partners, and homebuyers. This full-time hybrid role is based in Navi Mumbai,



with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include scouting and onboarding current channel partners and projects, maintaining relationships with developers, tracking inventory and pricing, and ensuring timely flow of information to internal sales and advisory teams. The Sourcing Manager will analyze market trends, negotiate terms with stakeholders, and support the creation of strategic sourcing plans that align with the company’s growth objectives. The role also involves coordinating with marketing and operations to ensure sourced opportunities are effectively positioned, documented, and executed.
