Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Fitness Instructor at BODY UNDER OBSERVATION. The Fitness Instructor will lead live online group exercise sessions and provide personalized coaching,



including designing and adapting workouts based on client goals, fitness levels, and movement limitations. Daily responsibilities include guiding clients through strength, conditioning, mobility, and functional fitness sessions, monitoring progress, and offering explicit, supportive feedback. The role involves collaborating on nutrition and lifestyle guidance, maintaining accurate activity and performance records, and ensuring high-quality, safe training experiences. The Fitness Instructor will also respond to client inquiries, support ongoing accountability, and contribute to a positive, inclusive coaching environment.

• Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction skills to lead engaging, safe, and effective live online sessions.
• Personal Training and Fitness Industry knowledge to design individualized programs aligned with BUO’s coaching philosophy.
