Position Summary :
The CEO will provide strategic, scientific, operational, financial, and business leadership to exRNA Therapeutics Ltd.



The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership capabilities with an understanding of biotechnology, drug discovery/development, RNA therapeutics, translational research, regulatory pathways, and business development. The CEO will work closely with the Board, scientific leadership, R&D; teams, regulatory experts, investors, strategic partners, and external stakeholders to establish exRNA Therapeutics as a high-impact biotechnology organization.

1. Strategic Leadership -
• Develop and execute the company's short-term and long-term business and scientific strategy.
• Translate the company's scientific vision into clear organizational objectives, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Establish strategic priorities across R&D;, clinical development, regulatory affairs, business development and commercialization.
