Role Description The Field Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for driving local market awareness and demand for NK POWERS’ solar solutions.



This position includes planning and executing field marketing campaigns, such as on-ground activations, events, partner meets, and community outreach to promote rooftop and industrial solar offerings. The specialist will generate and qualify leads through direct customer interactions, site visits, presentations, and collaboration with channel partners, and will hand off or coordinate with the sales team for closure. Day-to-day tasks include market research, gathering competitive insights, tracking campaign performance, maintaining detailed records of leads and activities, and providing feedback to improve marketing strategies. The role also involves building strong relationships with customers, EPC partners, and local stakeholders, while representing the brand professionally in the field.
