Role Description The Senior Accountant is a full time, hybrid role based in Kollam, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities. This role oversees day-to-day accounting operations, including managing general ledger entries, reviewing journal vouchers, and ensuring accurate and timely posting of transactions. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, monitoring cash flow, reconciling accounts,



and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The Senior Accountant will handle statutory compliance such as GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements, and coordinate with auditors, banks, and external partners as needed. This role also involves improving accounting processes, implementing internal controls, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and providing financial insights to management for decision-making.
Qualifications

• Strong core accounting knowledge, including general ledger management, account reconciliation, and preparation of financial statements.
• Demonstrated experience with taxation and compliance, such as GST, TDS, corporate filings, and coordination with auditors or regulatory authorities.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, along with solid Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and data validation.
