Role Description The Field Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Anand, responsible for driving adoption of Paytm’s payment and financial products among local merchants and businesses. Day-to-day activities include identifying prospective customers, explaining product features and benefits, conducting product demonstrations, and completing onboarding and documentation processes. The role involves regularly visiting merchants,
maintaining relationships, resolving basic queries, and ensuring ongoing usage of Paytm solutions. The Field Sales Executive will work closely with internal teams to share market feedback, achieve assigned sales targets, and support promotional activities in the field. This position requires consistent on-ground presence, professional conduct, and adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
Qualifications
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert prospects into active users and meet defined sales targets.
• Customer relationship management and communication skills to build trust, handle objections, and provide explicit product explanations.
• Basic understanding of digital payments or fintech products, with the ability to quickly learn Paytm’s offerings and processes.
• Proficiency in local language and working knowledge of English, along with the ability to documen
