Role Description The Reservations Agent is a full time, on-site role based at Raviz Hotels & Resorts in Kozhikode. This role is responsible for handling incoming reservation inquiries via phone and email, confirming bookings, updating reservation systems, and ensuring accurate guest information. The Reservations Agent coordinates with front office and other departments to manage room availability, special requests, and group bookings,



while maintaining clear and professional communication with guests and colleagues. Daily tasks include responding to guest queries, providing information on room types, rates, and packages, processing modifications and cancellations, and following standard operating procedures to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining detailed records, adhering to brand standards, and delivering courteous, efficient service in every interaction.
Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication abilities.
• Proficiency in reservations-related tasks, including Reservations handling and basic Receptionist Duties.
• Professional Phone Etiquette and the ability to manage high volumes of calls calmly and efficiently.
• Comfort with hotel reservation software, basic computer skills, and data entry accuracy.
