Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building client relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, pitching the company’s services, negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports,



and collaborating with the project team to ensure smooth execution of client requirements. Additionally, the Sales Executive will participate in market research to identify new business opportunities and gain insights into customer needs.

Qualifications
• Sales and Business Development: Proven experience in sales, client management, and business development, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Communication and Negotiation: Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Market Research and Analysis: Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify business opportunities.
• Relationship Building: Skilled in building and maintaining professional and interpersonal relationships.
• Knowledge of Construction Industry: Understanding of construction projects, processes, and market trends is highly desirable.
