Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad for an ERP & Desktop Support professional. The role involves providing day-to-day technical support for ERP users, including troubleshooting application issues, managing user access,



and coordinating with ERP vendors or internal IT teams for system enhancements and updates. The team member will handle desktop support activities such as installing and configuring hardware and software, resolving operating system and network connectivity issues, and ensuring regular maintenance and security updates. Responsibilities also include documenting recurring problems, creating user guides or FAQs, supporting data integrity and basic reporting tasks related to ERP usage, and responding promptly to user queries and service requests to maintain smooth business operations.
