Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing and growing customer accounts for Weatherseal by Asian Paints. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and recommending suitable window solutions aligned with product capabilities. The Account Manager will oversee the sales cycle, including lead follow-up, presentations,



pricing discussions, and order coordination with internal teams such as production and installation. Day-to-day activities include tracking account performance, preparing regular reports, resolving customer issues, and ensuring timely delivery and after-sales support. The role also requires close collaboration with marketing and operations to identify new business opportunities and improve customer experience.

• Proven experience in account management, sales, or client servicing, ideally within building materials, construction, home improvement, or related industries.
