Guide new food and retail businesses through menu setup, hardware and thermal printer configuration, and provide active frontline support.
Key Responsibilities
• Onboard new merchants onto the Paytimate POS and billing platform.
• Assist clients with digital menu configuration, inventory categorization, and tax setups.
• Troubleshoot thermal receipt printer connections and hardware integrations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for frontline merchant queries.

• Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to troubleshoot hardware/software quickly.
• Clear communication skills across chat, email, and phone calls.
