About the Role
As Strategy Manager in the Founder’s Office, you will own high-priority strategic workstreams from problem definition through execution and measurable business impact. You will partner with the Founder and senior leaders to structure ambiguous questions, develop decision-ready analysis, and turn conclusions into coordinated action. The role combines business strategy, operating problem-solving, and cross-functional program leadership. Success means creating clarity where priorities compete, moving important initiatives forward, and building the systems, metrics, and follow-through needed to sustain results.
