Company Description Advance Global Health – Spine, Joint & Laser Centre is a specialized healthcare center established in 2010 and recognized as one of North India’s most advanced facilities for AVN and spine rehabilitation.

Role Description This is a full-time, in office Telecalling Executive role based at our center in South Delhi. The Telecalling Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide accurate information about our treatments, services, and appointment availability. The role involves scheduling and confirming appointments, maintaining call records, and updating patient details in the system. The Telecalling Executive will follow up with prospective and existing patients, support basic patient coordination, and escalate complex clinical queries to the medical team. The position requires adherence to call quality standards, clear communication, and a professional, empathetic approach to all patient interactions.

Qualifications
• Strong communication skills,



including clear spoken English and Hindi, active listening, and polite, patient-focused telephone etiquette.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort using call management systems, CRM or hospital information systems, and common office applications.
• Organizational skills for managing high call volumes, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating appointments and follow-ups.
• Customer service mindset with empathy, problem-solving ability, and a calm approach in handling distressed or anxious callers.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or front-office roles in healthcare or service industries is preferred.
• Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in South Delhi, follow established protocols, and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams.
