About the Role
We are looking for a Site Supervisor – Corporate Catering to take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day operation of assigned corporate catering sites. The role will involve supervising service teams, coordinating with the kitchen and logistics teams, maintaining site readiness, handling client requirements and ensuring that food and service standards are maintained throughout the operation.
Key Responsibilities
• Take day-to-day ownership of assigned corporate catering sites and ensure smooth service operations.
• Plan and coordinate site readiness before every meal/service, including manpower, food, equipment, crockery,



cutlery and service materials.
• Supervise service staff, captains, helpers and other site personnel during operations.
• Conduct daily team briefings and allocate responsibilities based on the service requirement.
• Coordinate closely with the Kitchen Supervisor and kitchen team to ensure food arrives at the site on time and in the required quantity.
• Monitor buffet counters, food replenishment, portion control and overall presentation during service.
• Coordinate with transport/logistics teams and immediately follow up on delays, shortages or missing materials.
• Act as the in office point of contact for the client/site representative and handle routine operational requirements professionally.
• Monitor guest feedback and resolve service-related issues quickly to maintain client satisfaction.
• Identify potential problems before service starts and take corrective action rather than waiting
