About the role
You will own a set of client accounts across categories and global markets, from the day they sign.

Your mission:
• Onboard new clients and own delivery and quality on their accounts.
• Build the strategy that grows each client's sales and profit.
• Keep clients happy, and keep them with us.
• Become the person clients trust on all things Amazon.

The people who do well here bring:
• A strong quantitative background. You are at home with numbers and first to spot what changed and why.
• The ability to explain. You make complex ideas & strategies simple for busy business owners.
• Strategic thinking. You look at the whole picture, build a plan, and back it with data.
• Extreme Ownership. You do what you say you will, by when you said you would, and keep clients updated until it is done.

You do not need to be an Amazon ads expert. A background in Amazon or other online marketplaces (Walmart, Target etc),



e-commerce, performance marketing (Amazon, Google or Meta Ads), digital marketing, or consulting is strongly preferred.

You may be working today as an account manager, key account manager, client servicing or client success manager, e-commerce or marketplace manager, performance marketing manager or consultant.

What you will do
• Run weekly and biweekly calls with clients in the US and Europe.
• Build a growth plan for each client based on their goals, and work with our team to deliver it.
• Analyse each client's business in depth: what happened, why, and where the next opportunity is. Turn it into transparent recommendations and action plans.
• Answer client questions in plain language, with an example and a number.
• Recommend next steps, back them with data, and respect the client's final call.
• Plan and lead key projects
