We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive who can generate recent leads, connect with potential customers, and manage the complete sales process from the first enquiry to closing the deal.
Key Roles & Responsibilities• Generate new leads through online platforms, directories, references, cold calling, and other sources.
• Identify potential customers such as builders, architects, contractors, businesses, and residential clients.
• Collect and maintain customer details and lead data in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other channels to introduce our products and services.
• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable solutions offered by Hindustan Automation.
• Follow up with leads regularly and build strong relationships with potential customers.




• Schedule customer meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations whenever required.
• Visit customer sites to understand requirements and present our solutions.
• Coordinate with the internal team to prepare quotations and provide the required information to customers.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiate with customers, and work towards converting enquiries into orders.
• Coordinate with the operations and installation teams to ensure a smooth handover after order confirmation.
• Stay in touch with customers throughout the sales process and maintain good relationships for future business.
• Maintain daily records of leads, calls, meetings, quotations, follow-ups, and sales.
• Prepare regular sales reports and work towards achieving assigned sales targets.
