Role Description The Bakery Chef De Partie will work full time on-site at our Colaba location, supporting the pastry and bakery operations within ARAKU Coffee. This role involves preparing, baking, and finishing a variety of breads, viennoiseries, and desserts aligned with the brand’s standards and menu guidelines. The Bakery Chef De Partie will organize daily mise en place, ensure consistency in recipes and presentation, and collaborate with senior chefs to develop new bakery items that complement ARAKU’s coffee offerings. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and secure workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations, monitoring inventory of baking ingredients, and minimizing waste. The role also requires mentoring junior team members, coordinating with front-of-house colleagues on product availability, and contributing to a positive, guest-focused environment.
