Job Description
- Identify and develop high-growth opportunities within the energy sector.
- Build and execute market entry and expansion strategies across APAC.
- Establish relationships with OEMs, EPCs, utilities, developers, and strategic accounts.
- Drive specification and adoption of advanced material solutions in new applications.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of business development opportunities.
- Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and partnership agreements.
- Monitor market trends, regulations, and emerging technologies.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify new growth segments.




- Represent the business at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Business, or a related discipline.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification would be advantageous.
- 10+ years of business development, commercial leadership, or strategic sales experience.
- Strong exposure to energy markets including renewable energy, power, infrastructure, or oil & gas.
- Experience with engineered materials, composites, industrial products, or structural solutions preferred.
- Demonstrated success in opening new markets and commercialising cutting-edge solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Commercially astute with excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Strategic mindset combined with an execution-focused approach.
