Job Description
- Own and deliver the revenue target for a key business unit.
- Lead and develop a team of Account Executives and sales professionals.
- Personally drive high-value consulting and solution sales opportunities.
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies for international markets.
- Manage sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and account planning.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and enterprise decision-makers.
- Coach teams on consultative and value-based selling approaches.
- Collaborate closely with delivery and operations teams to ensure client success.
- Drive business growth across US and European markets.




- Report business performance and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of experience selling consulting, advisory, professional services, risk management, research, or other complex solution offerings.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling sales teams while carrying team revenue targets.
- Demonstrated success in personally winning and closing high-value consulting engagements.
- Experience managing Account Executives and leading from the front.
- Strong exposure to selling into US and European enterprise markets.
- Stable career history with 4-5 years spent building credibility and success within a single organisation.
- Currently reporting to a VP, CRO, or C-suite leader and recognised as a potential successor to senior leadership.
- Skilled in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder consultative sales cycles.
- Comfortable working full-time from Gurgaon as this is a mandatory office-based lead
