Role Description The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across the organization, working closely with hiring managers and HR team members. This full time, on-site position based in Noida involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate communication. Daily responsibilities include posting job openings, updating recruitment trackers, assisting with employer branding activities, and supporting onboarding logistics.



The intern will help ensure a positive candidate experience, contribute to process improvement, and learn best practices in talent acquisition in a fast-paced consulting environment.
