We're seeking someone to join our team as an Associate in Operations to support Primary Dealer trading operations across Fixed Income and FX products, ensuring effective execution of auction processing, regulatory reporting, settlement oversight, risk management and compliance with RBI and CCIL requirements.
In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Associate level position within the Operations Job Family.

What you'll do in the role:
- Execute complex processes and assist a Team Manager in coordinating processes, risks and/or projects in a Team Lead capacity.
- Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and leverage detailed knowledge to propose changes in process.
- Train others,



allocate tasks and support with first line escalation where required.
Share expert knowledge across the team, contribute to team output and development, building relationships across the Firm.
- Process and oversee Primary Dealer operational activities including RBI auction participation, Government Securities settlements, CCIL obligations, funding and reconciliation activities.
- Prepare and review regulatory reports, management information and control reporting to ensure compliance with RBI, CCIL and internal regulatory requirements.
- Manage internal and external audit engagements, regulatory inspections and stakeholder queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
