Role Description The Senior Resident role is a full-time, in office position based at CK Birla Hospital in Gurugram. The Senior Resident will provide direct patient care, including clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning,



and ongoing management under the supervision of senior consultants. Daily responsibilities include conducting ward rounds, documenting clinical notes, ordering and interpreting investigations, and coordinating with nursing and allied health teams to ensure continuity of care. The Senior Resident will participate in procedures as per credentialing, support emergency and critical care services, and contribute to multidisciplinary case discussions. The role also involves maintaining high standards of medical ethics, adhering to hospital protocols, engaging in clinical audits, and participating in teaching, training, and continuous professional development activities.
Qualifications

• Relevant medical degree (MBBS) with completed residency or postgraduate qualification (MD/MS or equivalent) in the appropriate specialty from a recognized institution.
