Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile month-end financial statements, GLs, and inter-company transactions with precision and timeliness.
• Manage statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax filings in adherence to Indian regulations.
• Support audit readiness by maintaining complete, well-documented accounting records and internal control documentation.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support leadership decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align finance processes with business growth and ERP implementation cycles.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards (Ind AS/AS)



and internal policy compliance across all financial operations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have
• CA Interim cleared (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 or SAP FICO
• Strong understanding of Indian GAAP / Ind AS
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and PF/ESI compliance
• Excel – Advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP
• Experience with financial statement preparation and reconciliation
• Preferred
• Exposure to ERP implementation or digital accounting tools
• Basic understanding of MIS reporting and budgeting workflows
• Experience in audit support or internal controls documentation
