>ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a founding team member opportunity. As our Creative Strategist, you will drive the success of our clients: come up with outstanding ideas before each month begins, plan the content calendar, coordinate with our creative team to get every asset produced on time, and pitch your ideas to the client through clear decks. From calendar to creative to performance content, you own the content creation engine for multiple brands. Because 9AV Creative is an early-stage startup, this is a high-responsibility environment.



The weight of the following responsibilities will rest squarely on your shoulders.

>WHAT YOU'LL OWN
• Research and understand the product deeply (reasons to buy, specs, applications) before coming up with ideas
• Plan content ideas and calendars ahead of the month across platforms
• Conceptualise carousels, write captions and script high-converting videos
• Pitch ideas and strategy decks to clients
• Coordinate with the creative team to get assets produced on time
• Direct shoots to keep execution true to the idea
• Track trends on Instagram and YouTube and turn them into fresh angles
• Read Meta Ads Manager numbers (hook rate, CTR, ROAS) to see which ideas convert

>QUALIFICATIONS
• 2–5 years in social media and content, including work on a large, well-known brands
• Strong at content calendars, carousels, creative ideation and caption writing
• Hands-on with Instagram and LinkedIn marketing, and know how to position content differently on each
