Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead - Facilities to join our organization in Goa, India. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of facility operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment. You will lead a team of facility professionals and contractors while managing budgets, implementing strategic initiatives, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, decisive leadership, and a commitment to operational excellence.
• Oversee daily facility operations, maintenance activities, and general upkeep of all company properties and infrastructure
• Lead, mentor, and manage facility staff and external contractors, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Develop, implement, and enforce facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure compliance with local and national regulations
• Manage facility budgets, analyze expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety standards
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life
• Establish and maintain robust relationships with vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure quality service delivery
