Role Description This full-time, on-site Storage & Infrastructure Engineer L2 – SAN/NAS role is based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves managing and supporting SAN and NAS storage infrastructure, including monitoring performance, capacity, and availability,



and ensuring adherence to internal standards and security policies. The engineer will handle incident resolution, root cause analysis, and service requests, as well as perform configuration changes, upgrades, and patch management for storage systems. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with system, network, and application teams to ensure reliable end-to-end infrastructure, maintaining documentation, and contributing to automation and process improvements. The role also includes participation in operational reviews, adherence to change management procedures, and occasional support outside normal working hours as required.
