About the Job

We are hiring qualified Safety Officers for construction and engineering projects in Singapore. Candidates will ensure workplace safety, identify hazards, implement safety procedures, and maintain compliance with safety regulations. Experience in construction, civil engineering, MEP, or industrial projects is preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and awareness sessions for workers and supervisors.
- Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and compliance with site safety rules.
- Assist in preparing Risk Assessments (RA), Secure Work Procedures (SWP), and other HSE documentation.
- Monitor compliance with workplace safety procedures, risk assessments, and safe work practices.
- Identify potential hazards and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
- Maintain safety inspection records, incident reports, training records, and HSE documentation.




- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, supervisors, contractors, and workers on safety matters.

JOB REQUIREMENT & BENEFITS

- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in construction, civil engineering, MEP, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Good communication, reporting, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
