Role Description The Travel Consultant is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for understanding clients travel needs and designing tailored itineraries, including transportation, accommodation, tours, and activities. Day-to-day tasks include managing travel arrangements and reservations, providing accurate information on destinations, travel requirements, and budgets, and recommending options that align with client preferences. The Travel Consultant will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth end-to-end booking experience while adhering to company policies and sustainable travel practices.



The role also involves coordinating with suppliers, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel trends and regulations, and supporting continuous improvement of service quality.
Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, with the ability to design comprehensive itineraries and trip plans.
- Hands-on experience with Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including booking flights, hotels, tours, and ground transportation.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and clear communication.
- Familiarity with travel booking tools, GDS or relevant reservation systems, and basic proficiency with office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language abilities are an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
- Knowledge of international and domestic travel regulations, visa requirements, and travel insurance options is beneficial.
- Prior experience in a travel agency or hospitality environment is preferred; a diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is an added asset.
