Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems (Analog & IP)

- Diagnose and troubleshoot system and hardware issues

- Perform regular maintenance and upgrades

- Ensure cabling and connections meet industry standards

- Maintain accurate documentation of installations and service reports

- Provide technical support to clients in office as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in CCTV installation and servicing

- Knowledge of networking basics (IP addressing, routers, switches, etc.)

- Familiarity with DVRs, NVRs, and IP cameras

- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and instructions

- Good communication and problem-solving skills

- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

- Willingness to travel to client sites

Preferred Qualifications:

- +2 & Above, Diploma in relevant field

- Experience with access control, biometric systems, or alarm systems is a plus
