About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Career Development Executives to connect with students, understand their educational goals, and guide them toward suitable educational programs and university admissions.

The role involves communicating with prospective students, scheduling online counselling sessions, conducting meetings via Zoom, and converting interested candidates into admissions.

Company-provided student leads and the necessary training and educational information will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Call prospective students using leads and contact data provided by the company.

Understand students' educational backgrounds, career goals, and learning requirements.





Explain relevant educational programs, admission procedures, and university offerings, including Symbiosis and other associated universities.

Schedule and conduct online counselling meetings through Zoom.

Follow up with interested students and guide them through the admission process.

Motivate students to pursue suitable educational opportunities through effective communication and ethical persuasion.

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, scheduled meetings, and admission conversions.

Achieve assigned admission and sales targets while maintaining a positive student experience.

Eligibility & Skills Required

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid convincing, negotiation, and student counselling abilities.

A sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving admission targets.

Ability to build rapport with students and understand their needs.
