Role Description The Area Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ranchi. The role involves managing and expanding the sales network for loan and financial products within the assigned territory. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with channel partners and customers, and achieving sales targets.



The Area Sales Manager will supervise and support local sales teams, monitor performance metrics, and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. This role also includes preparing regular sales reports, conducting market analysis, and coordinating with senior management on strategy and execution.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including territory management and target achievement.
• Experience in relationship management with customers, channel partners, and financial institutions.
• Ability to analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to guide sales strategies.
• Competence in communication, negotiation, and presentation for in-person and formal meetings.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office tools for reporting, documentation, and data tracking.
• Prior experience in banking, NBFCs, loan distribution, or financial services is highly beneficial.
