Role Description The Business Development Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The trainee will support the business development team by identifying prospective clients, assisting in lead generation activities, and participating in market research to understand customer segments and industry trends.



Daily tasks include engaging with potential and existing clients through calls, emails, and meetings, documenting interactions in CRM tools, and supporting the preparation of proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and maintaining a high standard of customer service. The position is designed to provide structured training and mentoring, offering a pathway to develop into a full-fledged business development professional.
