Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Service Executive for diesel generators based in Ahmedabad.



The role involves identifying prospective customers, managing leads, and conducting client visits to present Powerlux diesel generator solutions. The executive will prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and support the closing of sales while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating installation and commissioning schedules, supervising service activities, and ensuring timely maintenance and repair of diesel generators. The role also requires preparing service reports, handling customer queries and complaints, liaising with technical and production teams, and providing feedback on market trends and competitor activity to support business growth.
