About the Role
Trove is a fast-growing premium surfaces brand with Experience Centers across India, working with homeowners, architects, interior designers, and developers. The Client Advisor is a trusted advisor, not a transactional salesperson — owning the full client journey through relationship-led, consultative engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the complete client journey — from first conversation to post-purchase follow-through
• Build and nurture a personal client book of homeowners, architects, designers, and developers
• Conduct consultative conversations to understand project needs and guide clients to the right solution
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets through proactive pipeline management
• Prepare accurate quotations/proposals and follow up on leads with structure and accountability
• Develop deep product knowledge across Trove's range — materials, applications, finishes




• Maintain Experience Centre presentation standards and represent brand values in every interaction
• Coordinate with logistics, operations, and product teams for smooth order execution
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions, leads, quotations, and order status

What You Bring
• 2–8 years in client-facing sales/advisory roles in premium or luxury retail (surfaces, home décor, furniture, or allied industries preferred)
• Proven track record in consultative, relationship-led selling
• Network of architects/interior designers is a robust advantage; prior experience in surfaces, tiles, sanitaryware, or interiors brands preferred
• Fluent in English and Kannada or Hindi
• Polished presence, high emotional intelligence, self-driven with strong pipeline discipline
• Comfortable with CRM tools and basic Excel/Google Sheets
• Any graduate; specialization in Interior Design, Architecture, or Business is a plus
