Curagers is looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Manager to drive business growth for our home healthcare services in Ludhiana.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in healthcare marketing, local market development, referral network building, and customer acquisition. This is a field-oriented role that requires regular market visits, direct engagement with healthcare professionals and potential referral partners, and a strong focus on generating recent business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Business Planning
• Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to expand home healthcare services in Ludhiana.
• Identify potential markets, customer segments, and new business opportunities.
• Prepare and implement outreach plans to increase brand awareness and service adoption.

2. Field Marketing & Business Generation
• Plan and conduct daily field visits to hospitals, clinics, doctors, diagnostic centers, senior living communities,



and other potential referral partners to generate business.
• Maintain a structured daily visit schedule focused on lead generation, relationship building, and business conversion.
• Conduct market visits and on-ground assessments to identify customer needs, market potential, and growth opportunities.
• Track daily visits, leads generated, follow-ups, and business outcomes, and submit regular performance reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, referral partners, and prospective customers.

3. Brand Building & Promotional Activities
• Build and strengthen the company's brand presence across online and offline channels.
• Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, including wellness camps, community outreach programs, healthcare awareness activities, and promotional events.
• Ensure consistent and professional brand communication across all customer touchpoints.
