Key Responsibilities
• Plan, design and deliver training sessions for the Cybersecurity Fundamentals program
• Cover security concepts, the threat landscape, security principles and basic security controls
• Teach programming basics in a security context (scripting, easy automation)
• Create and update training content, labs, case studies and assessments
• Track batch attendance, performance and feedback, and share regular reports
• Resolve learner doubts and provide mentoring and guidance
• Coordinate with internal teams to complete schedules and deliverables on time

Required Skills
• Cybersecurity Fundamentals and Security Concepts
• Threat Landscape (malware, phishing, social engineering, common attack types)
• Security Principles (CIA triad, least privilege, defense in depth)
• Basic Security Controls (access control, authentication, firewalls, encryption basics)
• Programming ([Python / other language])
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
