Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable solutions, and converting qualified prospects into customers.

The role requires robust communication, consistent follow-up, relationship-building skills, and a target-oriented approach. The successful candidate should be comfortable with both outbound prospecting and handling inbound sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other sales channels.
• Research and identify potential customers and decision-makers within target markets.
• Contact and qualify inbound and outbound leads.
• Understand prospective customers' business requirements, challenges, and objectives.
• Present products and services clearly and demonstrate how they can address customer needs.




• Conduct online product presentations and demonstrations when required.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact and qualification through follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally throughout the sales process.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective customers to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, follow-ups, and opportunities in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare regular updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and conversions.
• Work closely with marketing and other internal teams on lead-generation and customer-acquisition initiatives.
