Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Delivery Manager to lead our Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) engagements. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in Agile management, exceptional client-facing skills, and a deep technical acumen. This role requires a focus on engineering excellence, innovation, and people leadership, along with a solid understanding of commercial aspects of project delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring project delivery aligns with business objectives, and driving continuous improvement within the team.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage ADM engagements, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs.
• Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration.
• Drive engineering excellence by promoting best practices and innovative solutions within the team.
• Mentor and lead a team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
